PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be processed immediately. If you wish to change anything on your order please contact us - email lovenastymuva@gmail.com  

• We ship all orders when they are completed. Once you’ve purchased a pre-order item, we start production. You will receive confirmation and a tracking number once completed.

• Unless stated otherwise, production for most of our pre-orders take 2-5 weeks to make as it is all handmade in house. We don't use yards of material to create these garments.
